On August 22, 2026, we officially concluded LeaderShape Training 1.0โa meaningful day filled with learning, reflection, inspiring conversations, and opportunities for growth. The training reminded us that leadership is not only about taking the lead, but also about serving with purpose, listening with empathy, and inspiring others to grow.
LeaderShape Training 1.0 was headed by our Program Head, Hon. Joan Pearl F. Sanchez, Vice President for Internal Affairs, whose leadership and dedication helped bring this meaningful learning experience to life. Through this training, student-leaders were given the opportunity to gain new perspectives, strengthen their leadership skills, and build meaningful connections with fellow Josenian Educators.
A special thanks to our resource speakers, Ms. Charlene C. Guiral, LPT, and Mr. Wyndell A. Casquejo, LPT, MAEd-PE, for generously sharing their time, experiences, and knowledge with our present and future student-leaders of the Josenian Educators. Your insights and words of wisdom will surely continue to guide and inspire us as we take on our responsibilities as leaders.
We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this trainingโour organizers, facilitators, participants, and everyone who shared their time and energy throughout the program.
Yesterday may have marked the end of LeaderShape Training 1.0, but our leadership journey continues. ๐ค๐
