The Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko Foundation, Inc. – Cebu (KKMKFI-Cebu) is a service organization which aims to develop a healthy community by acting as a bridge to people who are in dire need and to those who have the resources and are willing to help. It was established on November 29, 1992, after the original KKMK (in Manila) saw the necessity to accommodate out-of Manila appeals. KKMKFI – Cebu was regist
ered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 17, 2005 and was granted its certificate having an independent status from Manila. This program caters to needy children aged 2-15 years old who are afflicted with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL). "Kanser-Skwela Project" in partnership with the Department of Education is a new project which provides a home-based education for the "Pangga-a Sab Ko" beneficiaries. The Foundation also conducts outreach missions, health fora, and direct health services.
