In celebration of Filipino Youth Day, the SK Federation of Cebu City proudly invites all SK Councilors, Committee Chairpersons on Active Citizenship or Social Inclusion and Equity, and designated KK Representatives to participate in Lakbay Kasaysayan 2026.

Lakbay Kasaysayan 2026 is a half-day youth-led heritage and cultural activity designed to strengthen local youth awareness, appreciation, and engagement with Cebu City's rich history and cultural heritage. Inspired by the Amazing Race format, participants will navigate various checkpoints across the city while completing interactive and educational challenges that showcase Cebu's historical landmarks, traditions, and stories.

📅 Date: June 20, 2026 (Saturday)
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM onwards
📍 Assembly Point: Lobby, Legislative Building, Cebu City Hall

To ensure that all participants are properly briefed on the mechanics, guidelines, and event flow, an online orientation will be conducted on June 17, 2026 (Wednesday), 6:00 PM; link to be shared internally.

Attendance during the orientation is highly encouraged as important information regarding mechanics, safety reminders, and other event details will be discussed.

The SK Federation of Cebu City successfully participated in the S*xual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and S*x Characteristics (SOGIESC) Awareness Program held on June 7, 2026 at the Legislative Building, Cebu City Hall, in partnership with the Cebu City Anti-Discrimination Commission (CCADC).

The activity brought together SK officials, particularly the Committee Chairpersons on Social Inclusion and Equity, to deepen their understanding of SOGIESC, promote respect for diversity, and strengthen their commitment to building inclusive and equitable communities for all.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Cebu City Anti-Discrimination Commission (CCADC) and all organizers, speakers, and participants for making this meaningful learning experience possible.

Together, let us continue championing inclusivity, equality, and youth empowerment in every barangay of Cebu City.
