In our second plenary session, leaders in TVET shared invaluable insights on transforming education to meet future demands.
Executive Director El Cid H. Castillo discussed Curriculum Innovation for Future Skills, emphasizing Microcredentials and Lifelong Learning as key drivers for empowering learners.
Ms. Lachmi Pacio, representing TESDA Certification Office Executive Director Janet M. Abasolo, presented on Quality Beyond Compliance β focusing on building a Sustainable Quality Management System to drive continuous improvement in TVET institutions.
Dr. Gregg Victor Gabison, Product Manager and AIUN Country Manager, shed light on Digital Transformation in TVET, highlighting the role of AI, systems, data, and innovation in shaping the future of vocational education.
Together, they underscored the importance of aligning transformational leadership with quality and industry responsiveness for a stronger TVET ecosystem.
