After a year of daring, leading, and elevating, JCI Cebu has officially unlocked one of its greatest achievements yet: the Diamond Seal of Efficiency under the 2026 JCI Performance Efficiency Awards (JCIPEA) Program.

More than an awards program, JCIPEA serves as JCI Philippines' framework for evaluating how Local Organizations lead, operate, develop members, engage communities, and create lasting impact. Guided by the 2026 theme, "Strengthening Basic Foundations to Sustain the Future," the program recognizes chapters that demonstrate excellence in governance, leadership development, community engagement, strategic partnerships, and organizational sustainability.

Through the lens of Java Photography & Film, we look back on a memorable week in Iloilo as JCI Cebu joined fellow young leaders from across the Visayas for the 2026 JCI Visayas Area Conference.

More than a gathering, AREACON was a celebration of service, leadership, friendship, and impact. For JCI Cebu, it was also a fitting culmination of a year dedicated to DARE to Elevate. Every conversation, recognition, learning session, and shared moment reminded us of how far we have come and how much more we can achieve together.

Here's a glimpse of the energy, camaraderie, and Cebuano excellence that made this conference truly unforgettable.

JCI Cebu proudly congratulates Daryl Niño Jabil on his election as 2027 Regional Vice President for Central Visayas.

His election follows a remarkable year of achievement for both leader and chapter. At the 2026 Quadro Awards, he was recognized as the Best of the Best Most Outstanding Local President in Area 4 - Visayas, while JCI Cebu received the prestigious Bana-ag Award for Most Outstanding Local Organization (Category 2). Together, these recognitions reaffirmed our commitment to excellence, growth, and impactful leadership.

As he assumes this new role, we celebrate not only a well-deserved victory, but also the opportunity to bring his experience, vision, and passion for developing young leaders to the wider Central Visayas region.
