USPF-Mabini Campus burst with excitement earlier, April 6, 2026, as the school celebrated PE-lympics 2026—a two day event. Filled with sportsmanship, unity, and school pride with the theme “Skybound: Born to fly, Built to win.”
The opening program began with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, followed by an invocation and a welcome address. Each team color showcased their energy through team yells, while muses and escorts proudly represents their teams, symbolizing unity and pride.
A grade 11 student, Jerwin Louis Taotao led the symbolic lighting of the torch, followed by a message of sportmanship from a Physical Education teacher Ms. Jannabelle Mahinay Bongco. Mr. Robiel Coyoca, the school principal who officially opened the PElympics 2026 two day event. The oath of sportmanship was led by a grade 11 student Nathaniel Tabanao.
The quadrangle and classrooms were alive with energy, basketball games crackled with fast breaks and tight defense, while Scrabble players wrestled with high-value tiles, the Esports, Mobile Legends teams coordinated rapid-fire strikes on their screens, artists poured vibrant colors into the poster-making contest, and chess players locked in a silent, strategic duel over their boards.
The highlight of the event was the formal declaration of the opening of PE-lympics 2026!
