📢 BIR TAX ADVISORY | RMC NO. 95-2026

Good news for affected taxpayers!

The BIR has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 95-2026, extending certain deadlines for the filing of tax returns, payment of taxes, and submission of required documents until AUGUST 18, 2026.

The extension covers taxpayers identified under RMC No. 89-2026and those affected by the unavailability of the eBIRForms Offline Package.

⚠️ Take note: This is not a blanket extension for all taxpayers. Check the Circular to determine whether your tax obligation is covered.
