MOTHER AND CHILD ACTIVITY DAY
Date: Aug. 8, 2026
Venue: Cecile Tennis Court, Dap-Dap, Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City
Time: 9am to 12 noon

We are preparing a meaningful activity dedicated to mothers and children—creating a space where families can learn, receive care, and discover opportunities for a better future.

✨ What to expect:

⚖️ Know Your Rights A discussion with legal professionals about women’s rights and children’s rights, including what to do and where to seek help when these rights are violated.

💆‍♀️ Learn a Skill, Build a Future A demonstration on reflexology and massage techniques for mothers and participants who may be interested in learning a skill that could become a future livelihood opportunity.

🩺 Medical Check-up and Health Care Free medical consultations and check-ups, together with free medicines and health supplements for those who need them.

🍲 Nourishing Bodies, Strengthening Communities A feeding programme for mothers and children, because caring for a community begins with ensuring that every family has access to proper nourishment.

This is more than just an activity. It is about empowering women, protecting children, promoting health, creating opportunities, and strengthening families.

Together, we can create a community where every mother is empowered, every child is protected, and every family is given the opportunity to thrive.

A heartfelt congratulations to everyone who made the Joint Area Coordination Meeting of Area 1C and Area 1D of Rotary International District 3860 a resounding success!

Held on July 25, 2026, at the Golden Peak Hotel, Cebu City. This meaningful gathering, brought together Rotarians committed to strengthening fellowship, collaboration, and service above self.

Our sincere appreciation to the Rotary Club of Cebu North led by Pres. Anton Anton Manuel Orceo for graciously hosting this successful event. Guided by Assistant Governors Fred Frederick S. Rizon and Lloyd Louie Aliviado, together with Chief of Staff–Visayas Marifi Marifi Sismar Gerona , the meeting fostered meaningful discussions, and a renewed commitment to advancing Rotary's mission of creating positive and lasting change in our communities.
