A passionate clinician and lifelong learner, Romeo Pacamara Jr. is a Senior Physical Therapist at Santa Rosa Community Hospital, where he provides evidence-based rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions throughout the Laguna region. With extensive clinical experience in managing spine, joint, and movement disorders, he is dedicated to restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life through patient-centered care.

Romeo holds certifications in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT-C), Musculoskeletal Care (MSK-C), Musculoskeletal Dry Needling (MSK-DN), Kinesio Dry Needling (KDNT), and Kinesio Electrical Needling (KENT). His clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, movement analysis, pain management, functional restoration, and advanced manual therapy interventions.

Beyond patient care, Romeo actively mentors fellow clinicians and contributes to the continuous development of rehabilitation practice within his institution. Jose Victorio "Joey" Cabrera is a licensed Physical Therapist, healthcare entrepreneur, educator, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation specialist dedicated to advancing Orthopedic Manual and Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy in the Philippines.

He currently serves as President of PAOMPT and is the Co-Owner, Staff Physical Therapist, and Head of Learning and Development of ICARE Inopiquez-Cabrera Physical Rehabilitation Clinic alongside with his wide . Joey earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from De La Salle Health Sciences Institute and completed his Master of Business Administration major in Health at Ateneo de Manila University. He is currently pursuing Fellowship Training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through OMPT-SG.

His clinical experience spans orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports, neurologic, cardiopulmonary, oncology, and critical care rehabilitation, including frontline rehabilitation of COVID-19 patients in intensive care units. He is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Practitioner, Certified Musculoskeletal Specialist Practitioner, and Certified Musculoskeletal Dry Needling Practitioner.
