epreneurs, lawyers, and other professionals who excel in their respective fields of endeavor. Established in 1985, JCI Metro Cebu Uptown has been providing service to the community for 38 years. The chapter is based in Cebu City, a bustling metropolis in the central region of the Philippines. Its members are dedicated to creating a sustainable impact in their community through various projects and initiatives that focus on youth empowerment, community development, and environmental sustainability.

From planning to ex*****on, the Project Management Training equipped our members with practical knowledge and tools to turn ideas into well-structured, purposeful projects.

Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and hands-on learning, participants explored how to set clear objectives, organize resources, manage timelines, work effectively as a team, and deliver projects that create meaningful impact.

Five aspiring members took their first step into the JCI journey through Grand OTI, gaining a deeper understanding of JCI, its values, opportunities, and the impact they can create as future Jaycees.

Nine GMMs. One year. Countless conversations, decisions, challenges, celebrations, and memories.

From our first meeting to this final GMM, every meeting became part of the story of 2026 LO President Julice Panoy and the entire JCI Metro Cebu Uptowns 2026 term.

We came together to plan, challenge ideas, celebrate victories, face challenges, and simply share moments through all nine meetings. Change was never meant to happen in a single moment. It was built through every conversation, every decision, every project, and every member who chose to show up and make a difference.

The 9th GMM closes our chapter of meetings for this term, but the fire we ignited does not end here. The meetings may be over, but the change continues.
