Fire Safety & Awareness Seminar Successfully Held!

Blasert Force 568 Inc., together with the Son oc Homeowners Association, Inc. (SHOA, Inc.), proudly organized and conducted the Fire Safety & Awareness Seminar today, July 12, 2026. The event was carried out in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) through the Cebu City Fire Department, with assistance from the Lahug Emergency Response Team (LERT) and coordination with the Division for the Welfare of the Urban Poor (DWUP) – Cebu City, led by OIC Ms. Marie Joan M. Loreto.

Heartfelt appreciation goes to all Officers and Members of Blasert Force 568 Inc. led by its Founder, Chairman & CEO Achilles “Kit” Coronel, the Junior Citizens Society of Son oc (JCSS), the Sitio Son oc Youth Organization (SSYO), and Barangay Lahug Chairperson Hon. Hazel Ann “Kap Ging ging” Muaña Empleo, through Lahug GAD Focal Ria G. Lenizo, for their invaluable support and active participation.

Special thanks to Sir Kit Coronel, Mr. Isidro Ortega, Ms. Ricarda Amoguis, and Mr. Joeffrey Banaag for lending their fire extinguishers, which were used during the live fire extinguishing demonstrations.

This seminar and drill aimed to raise awareness and equip community residents with essential knowledge on fire safety, prevention, and emergency management — empowering Son oc to stay prepared and protected.

Blasert Force 568 Inc. Commemorates the 128th Philippine Independence Day! 🌳💪

Today, we celebrated freedom through action — with early morning tree-growing activities in Galaban, Poblacion, Borbon, Cebu, followed by Drug Abuse Prevention Education Lecture, Wushu Martial Arts & Arnis Training sessions empowering our communities, youth leaders and student-athletes.

Together with UNIFFIED – Cebu Chapter, UNIFFIED – Inglewood (CA), and the Knights of Rizal – District 30 (NY), we continue to uphold our advocacy for environmental care, discipline, and community empowerment.
