On June 13, 2026, the SWU PHINMA - JPIA Turnover Ceremony marked the passing of leadership from CELERIS to the incoming federation. As the flame passed from one candle to another, it served as a reminder that leadership is never about keeping the light, but about carrying it for a time and passing it forward so it continues in new hands.

The ceremony honored the service of CELERIS while welcoming a new chapter for the JPIA community. While names may change, the commitment to service remains constant.
