AGACC is project that is geared towards the fulfillment of the vision of UCCP which is “ a responsible, empowered, self-reliant and caring community of Christian believers committed to the pursuit of a transformed society towards an abundant and meaningful life for all”. It will be done through enabling or empowering people especially the HIV risk groups to enjoy their right rights to health and c

onfidentiality in the process of seeking health care even in situations of emergencies or humanitarian crises. This will engage hospital-based, community-based health workers and HIV advocates to conduct massive information campaigns leading towards consented counseling and testing for HIV among risk groups such as the injecting drug users (IDUs), males having sex with males (MSMs), commercial sex workers and other people who may opt to know their HIV status. Vision: To increase access of HIV risk groups to resilient hospital and community-based voluntary and confidential counseling and testing (VCCT)

Mission: To empower HIV risk groups to become resilient in order to enjoy their health rights to confidentiality and universal access to HIV and AIDS services at all times

In celebrating the 43rd Nutrition Month, the Dietary Department together with the staff of AGACC and with our CEO Ma'am Susan Claro went to J. Devera St. Sitio Mahayahay Brgy. Mabolo for a Feeding Program, Nutrition Counseling, Random Blood Sugar Testing and HIV Counseling and Testing.

Unconditionally, our staff extended their services to the people in the community of Sitio Mahayahay; we were able to listen also to their cries as they faced another problem and that is to be demolished due to the projects being implemented in the City of Cebu. Their cry is our cry; their hope is our hope. Let us be united in advancing their rights.

May we continue to serve the oppressed, deprived and abandoned people in our society.
