Service above self! 🩷 The Rotaract Club of Cebu South is a service club for young men & women ages 18 to 30, & sponsored by the Rotary Club of Cebu South.

We are a community-based socio-civic organization in partnership with our mother club for more than a decade making us true "partners in service" and key members of the Rotary family. We not only augment the knowledge and skills of young professionals, but also address the physical and social needs of our communities while promoting international understanding and peace through a framework of friendship and service.

Surrounded by the unwavering support of the Rotary Club of Cebu South, our sister club RAC San Pedro East led by President Jonathan Alcaraz, and distinguished guests including DRRE Christian Jade Azura as inducting officer, PDS Kenneth Banluta, PADRR Almar dela Cerna, and the luminaries of our own club—this ceremony marked not just a transition, but a transformation.

PROJECT BASA: Building Advocacy, Strengthening Actions

With hearts rooted in service, the Rotaract Club of Cebu South launched PROJECT BASA, a literacy-driven initiative aimed at empowering young minds through reading and play. Led by President Ronamarie Therese Guaren, and joined by RAC San Pedro East President Jonathan Alcaraz and DRRE Christian Jade Azura, the team brought joy, stories, and games to 50 eager children at the Lagunde Day Care Center.

Through this project, we strengthened our advocacy for Basic Education and Literacy, proving that small actions can spark lifelong learning. Together, we build not just readers—but future leaders.
