The UAP Graduate Auxiliary - Cebu Chapter stands in deep pride as ๐€๐ซ. ๐†๐š๐›๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฅ ๐. ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐จ is officially declared ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐€๐ซ๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž under Proclamation No. 1414 signed September 9, 2026.

From the soaring silhouettes of the Manila Peninsula and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to the quiet elegance of his residential masterworks, Ar. Formoso defined an era and continued to anchor our built heritage today.

He deservedly takes his place alongside Juan Nakpil, Pablo Antonio, Leandro Locsin, Ildefonso Santos Jr., Jose Maria Zaragoza, and Francisco Maรฑosa as one of the architects in Philippine history to receive the country's highest cultural honor in architecture.

Today, we do not just remember a master; we celebrate a legacy that forever changed the horizon of Philippine architecture.
