First and foremost, we would like to acknowledge and extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Marisol Encarnacion and Mr. Romulo Rhyzien Thirdy las-duce of the Social Hygiene Clinic of the Cebu City Health Department for sharing their knowledge and expertise of the program, maximizing retention and collective effort between the city health department and the PWID support group.

Exchanging diverse opinions through learning group session format, to collectively present solutions to challenges encountered in the implementation of HIV programs, thus achieving our goals and objectives and being able to perform and provide the necessary services consistently to our peers and other key populations.
