Ang hyperventilation mao ang paspas o lawom nga pagginhawa, kasagaran tungod sa kaguol, stress, ug emosyonal nga problema.

𝑴𝒈𝒂 𝑯𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒅𝒂𝒏:
• Kakulba ug kabalaka (anxiety)
• Stress sa trabaho o eskwelahan
• Problema sa pamilya o relasyon
• Pagka-trauma sa panghitabo
• Kaguol o problema sa kaugalingon
• Nakainom ug inimnon

Ang atong utok usahay mo react nga murag adunay peligro, bisan wala. Mao ni ang fight and flight response.

𝑺𝒊𝒎𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒔:
• Lisod pagginhawa
• Guot ang dughan
• Pang gahi sa nawong o kamot
• Malipong
• Mag palpitate
• Mabalaka o mahadlok

𝑼𝒏𝒔𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒖𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒏:
• Kalma lang. Ayaw kahadlok, kalma ang huna-huna.
• Hinay pagginhawa. Sa ilong mo-inhale, sa baba mo-exhale.
• Gamit ug brown bag sa pag ginhawa
• Lingkod o higda og komportable.
• Adto dayon sa health center o ER kung dili gihapon maulian

Ang hyperventilation usahay makapahadlok sa mga tao sa atong palibot, labi na ug mang gahi ka. Pero kung masabtan nato kung unsay hinungdan niini ug unsay angay buhaton, dako kini’g ikatabang. Kasagaran kini tungod sa stress, kabalaka, o personal ug pamilya nga problema. Pero kasagaran dili kini delikado ug pwede ra matabangan pinaagi sa tarong nga pagginhawa, suporta gikan sa uban, ug pagbag-o sa lifestyle.
