The Carolinian Circle of Young Diplomats (CCYD) warmly invites all members to attend the Closing General Assembly of the Parliament for A.Y. 2025–2026 today, Saturday, May 30, 2026, Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Theodore Buttenbruch Hall, USC Downtown Campus.

We proudly share with you now the official flow of tomorrow's activities, from year-end reports to insightful dialogues within and amongst the circle. We highly encourage everyone to arrive on time for a smooth flow of the program.

We would also like to remind the Parliament that we are all strictly required to wear Corporate Attire attire, including their official CCYD pins.

These include the following must-haves:

• Formal Shoes

For Women:
• Blazer
• Blouse
• Pencil Skirt / Slacks
• Dress (Alternative Option)

The Carolinian Circle of Young Diplomats (CCYD) would like to proudly announce that we will be holding our Closing General Assembly of the Parliament for A.Y. 2025-2026 on May 30, 2026 (Saturday) from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Theodore Buttenbruch Hall, USC-DC.

As we bid farewell to this academic year and welcome the next one, may this gathering remind us all that as we move forward, we move together, so as to achieve a shared future, better and brighter than the one we left behind through the call of service in diplomacy.

In this meaningful occasion celebrating our circle in all its sophistication and decorum, all Young Diplomats are strictly required to wear Corporate Attire together with their CCYD Pins.

The Carolinian Circle of Young Diplomats (CCYD) Government would like to formally announce the official closing of our Official Line of CCYD Merchandise for S.Y. 2025–2026, this includes the acceptance of new pre-orders.

The Government humbly apologises to all those who were looking forward for another opportunity to secure our merch. We deeply regret having to make such an abrupt decision as although we have expressed interest in opening another batch of pre-orders, it was ultimately decided to instead conclude this initiative.

This is due to the feasibility issues we encountered in relation to academic responsibilities for the finals period. Additionally, the window for production and distribution would be too narrow as we near the end of the Academic Year. New orders may not arrive in time for distribution before students leave for the break.

To all those who have already ordered, especially during the 2nd Batch of Pre-Orders, and to those who have not yet claimed theirs from the previous releases, don't worry as the rest of the merch will still be distributed and claimed during our Final General Assembly of the Parliament for A.Y. 2025-2026. Further details on this will be announced soon!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported this initiative, placed their orders, donned their merch, and showed pride in being Young Diplomats throughout the year. We would also like to extend our deepest appreciation to all the artists and creatives who helped bring these designs and ideas to life. Your support means a lot to the Parliament and has made this endeavour all the more successful.

To those who have missed this drop, this is not a goodbye, but a see you soon again. Catch a new and fresher line of CCYD Merchandise Line coming soon in the succeeding Academic Year, bringing in new opportunities for creatives to shine, unique releases, and more chances to don our Young Diplomat identity with pride!

Thank you all once again for allowing this year’s merch line to become more than just merchandise, but a symbol of the creativity, passion, and spirit of Young Diplomats. Through your continued support, we have strengthened not only this initiative but also the community of diplomats we continue to build together.

Good day, Young Diplomats!

The Carolinian Circle of Young Diplomats (CCYD) Government would like to inform all concerned participants, including alumni who may have ordered new pins, of the recently concluded CCYD Pinning Ceremony that we are currently conducting a verification process for nine (9) unidentified payments associated with the said event.

During the post-event liquidation and auditing of financial records, several transactions were found to have incomplete or unverified details. In line with our commitment to transparency, accountability, and proper documentation of all financial matters, we are reaching out to individuals who may have made payments that were not properly recorded or reflected in the official list.

If you believe that you have made a payment for the CCYD Pinning Ceremony and your name was not acknowledged or accurately recorded, we respectfully request you to coordinate with the official CCYD page and provide the following details for verification:

• Full Name
• Proof of Payment (screenshot or photo of receipt)
• Reference Number / Transaction ID
• Amount Paid
• Date of Payment

Kindly ensure that all information submitted is clear and accurate to facilitate a smooth and efficient verification process.

We ask that all concerned individuals submit the required details within three (3) working days from the date this notice is posted, which will be on MAY 21, 2026. Failure to comply within the given timeframe may result in delays in validation and reconciliation.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure that all records are properly accounted for. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out through our official communication channels.

𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦, 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗧.

As continuous oil price hikes affect the country, many public transportation drivers continue to carry one of the heaviest burdens. With increasing fuel costs and rising prices of basic goods, countless drivers are forced to work longer hours just to support their families and continue serving their communities every day.

In light of this ongoing issue, the Carolinian Political Science Society and its partner organizations aim to extend support and solidarity to our hardworking transport drivers through this initiative. More than simply giving donations, this campaign is about recognizing the sacrifices of the people who keep our roads moving despite economic hardships.

Every peso counts – each contribution can help fuel not only their journeys, but also hope for better days ahead.

Young Diplomats! A second release of CCYD merchandise is finally dropping in!

The second batch of pre-orders, specifically Sweater Pre-Orders ONLY and other unclaimed merch from Batch 1, are now available for claiming all throughout this week until next week!

T-Shirt Pre-orders will be available next week as we waited to meet the minimum quantity of orders to the manufacturer. Other merchandise ordered during Batch 2 will be available on a later date.

The Carolinian Circle of Young Diplomats (CCYD), representing the University of San Carlos through select BA Political Science second-year students, victoriously concludes our inaugural stint in the International Studies Model United Nations (ISMUN) 2026, a two-day event of intense and sophisticated diplomatic interchange between international studies organizations, as it officially came to a close last May 8, 2026, at the CPAR Lab 3, Quadricentennial Building, University of San Jose–Recoletos.

The Carolinian Circle of Young Diplomats proudly congratulates the delegates for their remarkable achievements during the conference. As a whole, the delegation was honored with the prestigious 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐨 𝐎𝐬𝐦𝐞ñ𝐚 𝐒𝐫. 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, the highest recognition presented during the simulation, which reflects the delegation’s excellence in diplomacy and cooperation with other representatives.

Furthermore, we would also like to celebrate the remarkable Carolinians who stood out in performance throughout the conference, namely:

We would also like to commend the rest of the delegation which includes, Candice Abigail B. Fabriga, Scott Marl C. Decon, Khenn Raeeze S. Engcang, Alexis L. Punsalan, and Rhona G. Aureo, for their display of active participation, intellectual application, and dedication throughout the conference.

These recognitions reflect the dedication, intellect, and leadership demonstrated by our delegates in representing the University of San Carlos with honor and distinction.

Beyond the discussions and debates, ISMUN 2026 became a platform for future leaders to embody critical thinking and demonstrate the importance of collaboration and diplomacy in addressing complex and real global issues.

May this achievement serve as a testament to the commitment, intellect, and diplomatic excellence our future young leaders hold as they continue to champion meaningful dialogue in the heart of the Carolinian spirit.
