Last February, we joined the virtual rollout of the 2026 JCI Performance Efficiency Award (JCIPEA).

JCIPEA is a program that sets the standard for how JCI Local Organizations should operate to deliver real development opportunities to their members and advance the JCI Mission.

This wasn't just a check-in. It was a reminder to sharpen our standards, and hold ourselves to a higher bar.
