Today was more than just a meeting. It was an opportunity for us to report, listen, discuss, clarify, and plan together for the future of our community.
One of the proudest milestones we shared today was the successful Re-Registration of the Abellana Homeowners Association. Within approximately two months, nahuman nato ang proseso ug nakuha nato ang official re-registration document issued by AHO.

Based on the information available to us, AHOA is also the first and currently the only HOA in Barangay Luz nga nakadawat niini nga re-registration document.

👏 Congratulations, AHOA! This achievement belongs to all of us.

📢 AHOA UPDATE | DHSUD ORIENTATION SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED

The Abellana Homeowners Association (AHOA), Inc. successfully conducted its DHSUD Orientation today at the Sitio Abellana Sports Complex.

Daghang salamat sa tanang homeowners ug officers nga mitambong ug aktibong nakigbahin sa atong orientation. Ang inyong suporta ug partisipasyon usa ka dakong lakang aron mahimong mas lig-on, mas organisado, ug fully compliant ang atong homeowners’ association.

During the orientation, we discussed the Post-Registration Requirements and the important actions that AHOA needs to accomplish, including:

✅ BIR Registration of the Association
✅ Preparation and maintenance of the required books:

* Minutes of the Meeting
* Cash Receipt Journal
* General Ledger

✅ Submission of the Election Committee and Interim Board Election Report
✅ Compliance deadline on or before December 18, 2026
✅ Amendment of the AHOA By-Laws to align with DHSUD requirements and our Articles of Incorporation
✅ Designation of an official AHOA email address and contact number for future turnover of officers
✅ Conduct of Board Meetings for the amendment of the By-Laws
✅ Review and updating of maintenance/association dues, when necessary
✅ Timeline for the election of new officers after the approval of the amended By-Laws
✅ Setting a regular Board Meeting schedule (preferably on weekends)
✅ Securing attendance sheets with wet signatures during the General Assembly for the approval of the amended By-Laws
✅ Submission of the updated Masterlist of Members

AHOA General Assembly 2026 | Successfully Conducted!

Malampuson nga nahuman ang atong AHOA General Assembly, uban sa aktibong partisipasyon sa nagkadaiyang homeowners ug mga residente sa Sitio Abellana. Daghang salamat sa tanan nga nitambong ug nagpakita sa ilang suporta ug panaghiusa para sa atong komunidad. 💙💛

Ang maong asembliya gipangulohan sa atong bag-ong napiling AHOA President, Dave Arañez, inubanan sa iyang mga Opisyales ug Board of Directors (BOD), uban sa ilang komitment sa pagpalig-on ug pag-organisa pag-usab sa atong asosasyon.

Usa ka dakong dungog usab ang pag-abot ni Brgy. Councilor Nida Cabrera, nga mipaambit sa iyang kahibalo ug kasinatian bahin sa Security of Land Tenure, usa ka importante kaayong hilisgutan para sa atong mga homeowners ug residente.
