Congratulations to the newly appointed council members of the Cebu City Anti-Discrimination Commission! 🏳️‍🌈✨

We proudly stand with the Cebu City Cebu City Sogiesc Pride Empowerment Council - SPEC (CSPEC), especially with President Ian Rey Pableo and Ms. Klein Cabias of DSWS, for securing a vital seat in advancing the rights and dignity of the LGBTQIA+ community in Cebu City.

This milestone is more than representation, it is a powerful step toward inclusive governance, stronger policy advocacy, and safer spaces for all. We commend the city leadership for recognizing that true progress happens when every voice is heard.
