The Club Mission: We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. It was chartered by Toastmasters International as Club No. 7447 on May 30, 1989. The club was named "Cebu South" because its founders were members of the Rotary Club of Cebu South. The Clu

b was successfully rebuilt in Toastmasters Year 2011-2012. The club meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month, 7:00 PM at Te'Amo Cafe, 2nd Floor, Hotel One, Juana Osmeña St, Cebu City.
