All registered Councils and Local Chapters are encouraged to organize and participate in community clean-up activities within their respective jurisdictions.

Suggested activities include:

🧹 Community & Street Clean-Up
🏫 School Clean-Up Activities
🏖 Coastal & River Clean-Up
🌳 Tree Planting & Environmental Protection
♻ Waste Segregation & Recycling Awareness
🤝 Partnership Activities with LGUs, Barangays, Schools, and Community Organizations

SUBJECT: Commencement of Registration and Renewal for CY 2026–2027

Greetings of Brotherhood and Service!

Pursuant to the registration requirements of the Alpha Kappa Rho National Council, the National Registration and Communication Committee (NRCC) hereby announces the official opening of Registration and Renewal of Registration for Calendar Year 2026–2027.

All newly organized Chapters, Councils, Alumni Associations, and Sectoral Organizations are hereby encouraged to process their registration through the appropriate Registration and Communication Committee (RCC) within their respective jurisdictions to secure official recognition and inclusion in the records of the National Council.

Likewise, all previously registered Chapters, Councils, Alumni Associations, and Sectoral Organizations are advised to process their Renewal of Registration within the prescribed registration period to maintain their active status, good standing, and official recognition under the Alpha Kappa Rho National Council.

The corresponding registration guidelines, documentary requirements, official forms, and processing procedures shall be released separately by the National Registration and Communication Committee.

All concerned are enjoined to coordinate with their respective RCC offices for proper guidance and assistance regarding the registration process.

The National Council Executive Office hereby releases Memorandum No. 63, Series of 2026, regarding the prescribed OFFICIAL fraternity shirt for the upcoming 53rd Founding Anniversary of Alpha Kappa Rho.

All Councils, Chapters, Officers, and Members nationwide are advised to coordinate accordingly through their respective Chapters before the prescribed deadline.

The deadline was intentionally advanced to avoid the same issues encountered during the previous anniversary wherein several members failed to receive their shirts due to delayed and last-minute submissions.
