The Cebu City Government will conduct the PWD Financial Assistance Distribution on the following dates:
📍 Barangay Distribution
🗓 APRIL 18, 20, 2026
📍 City Treasurer’s Office (CTO)
🗓 APRIL 21, 22, 23, 2026

We encourage all qualified Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to take note of the schedule and coordinate with your respective barangays for proper guidance.

✨ LIMITED SLOTS ONLY!
The first 10 qualified applicants will receive a wheelchair.

📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Must be a Person with Disability (PWD) with a valid PWD ID
✔ Submit a whole body picture
✔ Must sign the application form

Last Friday marked a significant milestone as MHAM officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the MHAM Sustainability Office — a powerful step forward in advancing inclusive, community-centered initiatives in our city.

This partnership paves the way for transformative programs designed to empower Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), with special focus on the youth sector. Together, we are committed to:
• Developing inclusive health, wellness, and educational programs
• Expanding outreach initiatives throughout Cebu City
• Creating meaningful volunteer and engagement opportunities for students and faculty
• Strengthening advocacy for accessibility, representation, and equal participation.

More than a formal agreement, this collaboration represents shared responsibility and collective action. By working hand in hand with the MHAM, we ensure that our initiatives are not only created for the community — but built with the community.
Through this MOA, we reaffirm our commitment to inclusive development, stronger representation, and lasting, meaningful impact across Cebu City.

𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭, 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬!
In December last year, the Cebu City PWD Youth Federation distributed over 300 malongs with mosquito nets to families from 18 Barangays of Cebu City affected by Bagyong Tino. 🌧️

This initiative was made possible through the generous support of our sponsors Ms Katrina Leano and the Cebu Stellar Lions Club, who continue to echo and strengthen our advocacy for the welfare and protection of Persons with Disabilities.

Despite battling sickness at the time, our President, Roosevelt N. Rayco Jr., remained committed and personally ensured the successful distribution of the malongs. His dedication reflects the true spirit of servant leadership and compassion

CEBU CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2326.

"An ordinance granting qualified EXEMPTION to ALL SENIOR CITIZENS and PERSONS WITH DISABILITY from the payment of PARKING FEES in malls, hospital, or any other establishment that have pay parking facilities prescribing penalties therefore, and for other purposes."

Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability (PWDs) in Cebu City are entitled to a qualified exemption from parking fees in malls, hospitals, and other establishments with pay parking facilities.

This ordinance aims to promote accessibility, inclusivity, and respect for the rights of our senior citizens and PWD community. Let’s help spread awareness so everyone can enjoy their rightful benefits.
