A new chapter takes shape. The 2026 DOST SA CIT-U Constitution and By-Laws introduces a renewed framework for the Association, reflecting its growth, evolving identity, and commitment to building a stronger community of scholars.
The amendments align the organizationโs direction with the new CIT-U Vision, Mission, Core Principles and Values, and Graduate Attributes, providing a clearer foundation for how DOST SA CIT-U moves forward, leads its members, and fulfills its purpose.
Along with these changes comes the organizationโs new official mantra: โ๐จ๐ฝ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐จ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐, ๐๐น๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐น๐น ๐ช๐ฎ๐๐.โ It represents the values that guide DOST SA CIT-U in pursuing excellence, strengthening its scholar community, and turning opportunities into purposeful service.
This CBL marks more than an update to the Associationโs governing framework. It sets a renewed direction, strengthens our foundation, and brings every Isko Teknoy closer to a shared purpose: to learn, lead, serve, and contribute beyond ourselves.

The CBL was successfully ratified during its Third Reading, with 43 out of 71 officers voting in favor. This marks an important step in establishing the Associationโs renewed direction and strengthening its foundation.
