This October 17, 2026 — we invite all units to join us in the much awaited 𝗝𝗢𝗧𝗔 𝗝𝗢𝗧𝗜 : 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗢𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗶𝗿, 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗢𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at Cebu Council Headquarters.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗝𝗢𝗧𝗔 𝗝𝗢𝗧𝗜?

JOTA-JOTI stands for Jamboree on the Air (JOTA) and Jamboree on the Internet (JOTI). It is the world's largest digital and radio Scout event organized by the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). It is held annually on the third full weekend of October 16-18, 2026 .

📢 BASIC TRAINING COURSE FOR UNIT LEADERS

Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 544, s. 2026, the Schools Division of Cebu City announces the conduct of the three-day live-in Basic Training Course for Unit Leaders on September 18–20, 2026.

📍 BASIC TRAINING COURSE FOR KAWAN LEADERS
Guadalupe Elementary School
Guadalupe, Cebu City

📍 BASIC TRAINING COURSE FOR TROOP LEADERS
Ramon Duterte Memorial National High School
Guadalupe, Cebu City

Priority participants include:

• Newly hired teachers or teachers who have not yet completed the Basic Training Course
• Grades 1–3 Kawan Leaders
• Grades 4–6 Troop Leaders
• Grades 7–10 Outfit Advisors

Participants are required to wear a Scout neckerchief, maong pants, and a white T-shirt. Appropriate attire must be observed throughout the training.

💰 IMPORTANT FUNDING INFORMATION

Expenses relative to the participation and conduct of the training shall be charged against Division/School MOOE and other available and appropriate funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations and other applicable DepEd policies.

Registration Fee: ₱1,500 per participant

School heads are encouraged to identify and endorse teachers who meet the qualifications and priority criteria.
