Buzz Sessions | Induction Fellowship at Lucky Peak Pickleball

The Rotaract Club of Metro Cebu celebrated the beginning of the new Rotary year through an induction fellowship at Lucky Peak Pickleball.

Members came together for an afternoon of friendly competition and fellowship, taking to the courts for a few rounds of pickleball while welcoming the new chapter of the club's journey.

The activity provided members with an opportunity to connect outside formal meetings and strengthen the friendships that make Rotaract more than an organization.

Because service may bring us togetherโ€”but fellowship is what keeps us connected.

New year. New memories. Same RACMC spirit.

LOOK BACK | Joint Induction & Handover Ceremonies

A new Rotary year officially began for the Rotaract Club of Metro Cebu through its Joint Induction and Handover Ceremonies held at Garces Royal Gardens.

The ceremony brought together Rotaractors, guests, and partners to witness the transition of leadership and formally welcome the incoming officers who will guide the organizations through another year of service.

Beyond the ceremonial handover, the occasion represented a passing of responsibilityโ€”from one set of leaders to the next, carrying forward the lessons, accomplishments, and aspirations of the year before.

As RACMC begins another chapter, the club looks ahead with renewed commitment to leadership, fellowship, and community service.

The year changes. The mission continues.

Buzz Sessions | Building Bridges Beyond Borders

The Rotaract Club of Metro Cebu met virtually with Japanese Rotaractors through Zoom to discuss their planned visit to Cebu next year and explore opportunities for future collaboration.

The meeting opened conversations on possible partnerships, cultural exchange, and opportunities for Rotaractors from both countries to work together on initiatives that strengthen international fellowship and service.

International connections such as these allow Rotaractors to exchange ideas, learn from different perspectives, and discover new possibilities for collaboration beyond their local communities.

The visit may still be aheadโ€”but the partnership begins with a conversation.

Different countries. Shared values. One spirit of service.

LOOK BACK | 42 Years of RAC CIT-U

The Rotaract Club of CIT-U celebrated its 42nd Chapter Charter Anniversary through a fellowship activity at Alta Vista Golf and Country Club in Pardo, Cebu City.

Among those who joined the celebration were Rtr. Eva Marie Alcansado, Rtr. Jhonryl Camacho, Rtr. Brizard Marie Alcansado, and Rtr. Kathleen Nicole Obera.

The gathering provided an opportunity for Rotaractors to celebrate more than four decades of the chapter's existence while strengthening fellowship among members and friends of the organization.

As RAC CIT-U marks another milestone, the celebration also serves as a reminder of the generations of Rotaractors who have contributed to its continuing legacy of leadership, friendship, and service.

42 years of service. One legacy that continues to move forward.

LOOK BACK | Brigada at Talisay City National High School

The Rotaract Club of Metro Cebu supported Talisay City National High School through a Brigada initiative focused on strengthening the school's capacity to respond to basic medical and emergency needs.

As part of the activity, the club turned over medical kits and medicines to the school's clinic and conducted a basic first aid training and seminar for participants.

The initiative combined the provision of essential resources with practical knowledge, helping promote greater preparedness within the school community.

Through service initiatives such as this, RACMC continues to support schools not only through material assistance but also by sharing knowledge that can be applied when it matters most.

Preparedness is service, too.
