This question inspired our recently concluded DEI Summit 2026, where leaders, advocates, and community stakeholders came together to learn and discuss Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belongingness (DEIB). Now, it's time to bring those conversations to life.

Join JCI Cebu Lakan Bahaghari, together with Cebu Pride Movement, Cebu City Anti-Discrimination Commission, and Cebu I.T. Park, for The Big Pride Picnic, a vibrant celebration of community, inclusion, and pride.

The event also marks the Visayas Area Launch of Walk With Pride, JCI Philippines' national DEI program, championing safe spaces and inclusive leadership for all.

Last June 1, 2026, JCI Cebu Lakan Bahaghari proudly stood alongside Cebu Pride Movement, the Cebu Provincial Government led by People's Governor Pamela Baricuatro, Cebu City led by Mayor Nestor Archival, and hundreds of organizations from across Cebu for the official launch of the Cebu Pride Festival 2026 and DEI Summit 2026.

As a partner organization, JCI Cebu Lakan Bahaghari contributed manpower, resource speakers, and support in bringing together leaders, advocates, institutions, and communities committed to building a more inclusive Cebu.

This day marked a historic milestone with the signing of the Right to Care Executive Order, recognizing health proxies and care relations in provincial and district hospitals, a powerful step toward ensuring dignity, compassion, and equal care for all.

This is the Cebu we envision, a place where everyone can safely be themselves, where love is met with acceptance, and where belonging is not a privilege, but a right. Together, we continue building a future where Inclusion For ALL becomes a reality for every Cebuano. 🏳️‍🌈

Lakans, Bahagharis, friends, and family, WE DID IT! 💛 From our original goal of 30 bags, together we reached 269 BAG-ASA kits, with the initial batch handed to the kids of Camoboan Elementary School in Tabogon, Cebu. This would not have been possible without every share, donation, tag, effort, and prayer from all of you. Daghang salamat for proving once again the power of service, compassion, and community.
