Human Rights Seminar & Forum with Stakeholders
Yesterday, March 9, 2026, the Philippine National Police Camp Crame and the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) successfully hosted a Human Rights Seminar and Forum with Stakeholders at the Cebu Business Hotel.

The event gathered PNP Station Commanders, Barangay Officials, Police Auxiliary Commanders, and members of the CCPO Coalition of Force Multipliers, strengthening collaboration between law enforcement and community partners in promoting human rights awareness, responsible policing, and community safety.

The activity was graced by Nestor Archival, Mayor of Cebu City, represented by Paul Labra, City Councilor and retired PNP General, who also serves as Chairman of the City Peace and Order Council.

The forum emphasized the importance of unity between the police force, local government units, and community stakeholders in upholding human rights, peace, and public order in the city.
Together, we continue to build a safer, rights-respecting, and more peaceful Cebu City. 🤝🇵🇭

INCIDENT REPORT | QUICK RESPONSE

Earlier today, January 26, 2026, at around 5:45 AM, a collision involving two (2) motorcycles occurred near the flyover, Cebu Business Park, after the Pag-IBIG Building.

🚑 Ambulance, 👮 PNP, and YES EARTH PATROL – Police Auxiliary Quick Response Unit (QRU) immediately responded to the scene. The team assisted in securing the area, providing initial support, and ensuring road safety while the incident was being attended to.
We remind everyone to drive safely, especially during early morning hours. Let us all stay alert and responsible on the road.

🚨 Incident Report | Community Assistance 🚨
At around 11:35 PM today, January 23, 2026, a collision involving two motorcycles occurred along Katipunan, Labangon, in front of the Labangon Barangay Hall.
🚑 An ambulance immediately responded and attended to the patient on-site.
👮‍♂️ The Barangay Team and YES EARTH PATROL – Police Auxiliary Quick Response Unit (QRU) were on scene to assist in traffic management and monitor the situation to ensure public safety.
We thank all responding units for their quick coordination and service to the community.
Let us always stay alert and prioritize road safety, especially at night.

🚨 YES EARTH PATROL – POLICE AUXILIARY IN SERVICE 🚨

As part of our continuing support to the Philippine National Police, YES EARTH PATROL – Police Auxiliary donated two (2) Industrial Fans and two (2) Exhaust Fans to Police Station 6, Pasil, Cebu City, intended to help improve ventilation and comfort for Persons Under Custody (PUC) inside the jail facility.

This humanitarian project was led by YES Director for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Yosef Zait, with the guidance and support of YES Founder & Task Force Commander, Sir Rittie E. Subingsubing III, KCR.

This initiative reflects our belief that humane conditions and proper care are essential, even for those under custody, while maintaining safety, discipline, and order within police facilities.

🇵🇭 129th Dr. Jose Rizal Martyrdom Celebration | December 30, 2025 🇵🇭

The Cultural and Historical Affairs Office of the Cebu City Government, in partnership with the Order of the Knights of Rizal Cebu Chapters, proudly commemorated the 129th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal together with the PNP, AFP, YES EARTH PATROL, and other civic and service-oriented groups.

✨ A moment of honor and recognition ✨
During the celebration, YES Director for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Yosef Zait, was conferred a Plaque of Recognition as Top Outstanding Lifetime VIP International Member of the Year 2025 in appreciation of his exceptional and unwavering support to the organization, the community, the Philippine National Police, and partner institutions.
🏅 The Plaque of Recognition was personally handed by Police Brigadier General Paul Labra (Ret.), now Cebu City Councilor incharge for Peace and Order and more related committees.

YES EARTH PATROL proudly served as Marshals during the Medical Mission of Sen. Raffy Tulfo held in Cebu, in partnership with Kairos, Anchor Lab, and other generous sponsors, through the coordination of Ms. Genie Ravelo Matildo and Mr. Sedrito Matildo.

Our team ensured order, safety, and smooth coordination throughout the event, supporting a successful medical outreach that brought free healthcare services to our fellow Cebuanos.
