Congratulations to our CECL President, Quirce Herrold H. Serrano, and our CECL Vice President, Nico Dennis L. Lacno, for passing the Civil Service Examination held last March 2, 2025.

They are among the 14.57% of examinees who successfully passed the examβ€”46,470 out of 318,973 takers nationwide. This remarkable achievement not only showcases their academic excellence and determination but also reflects their readiness to serve and lead with integrity in the future.
