A yearly ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆ-๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ was conducted for the ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐ผ๐ช๐ช๐จ๐น๐ฌ๐บ-๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐ officers last May 18, 2026.
The program, entitled โ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: ๐ณ๐๐๐
๐๐๐ ๐พ๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐,โ was filled with valuable learning, meaningful insights, and inspiring discussions that encouraged the officers to become effective leaders and responsible individuals who can serve the community with passion, commitment, and integrity. The activity aimed to strengthen leadership skills, build confidence, and inspire the participants to create positive impact through service and collaboration.
The training was led by the speakers, ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ข๐๐ค๐ฒ ๐๐ณ๐ก๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ , JTE Adviser, and ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ฅ๐ฃ๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ, UCCARES-Tourism Coordinator, who shared their knowledge, experiences, and inspiring messages about leadership and community service.
The program ended with enjoyable team-building activities that nurtured teamwork, cooperation, camaraderie, and unity among the participants.
