The meeting covered the Julyโ€“December Calendar of Activities, upcoming initiatives, and accomplishment reports from both the Rotaract and Interact Clubs.

A valuable reminder from Club President Dr. Venus was that every project should follow the SIM Principle(Sustainable, Impactful, and Measurable) to ensure meaningful and lasting service. We were also encouraged to continue living our branding of "Create Lasting Impact" or, as Tita Venus jokingly corrected us, "Create A Lasting Impact" with a silent "A."

The meeting served as a platform for collaboration, alignment, and discussions on district initiatives, strengthening partnerships among Rotaract clubs across Cebu as we work toward a purposeful and impactful Rotary Year 2026โ€“2027.

On July 12, 2026 at Golden Prince Hotel, the Presidents and Secretaries of the Rotaract Club of Mandaue East and the Interact Club of Mandaue East attended the Rotary Club of Mandaue East's Induction & Handover Ceremonies to observe the flow and traditions of a Rotary induction ceremony.

The event also served as an opportunity for the leaders of both youth clubs to get to know the members and officers of our Mother Club, strengthening fellowship, collaboration, and the Rotary family bond across generations of service.

On July 22, 2026, the Rotaract Club of Mandaue East participated in a collaborative meeting with the Rotary Club of Mandaue East, other Rotarians from different clubs, and representatives from GMall Marketing to discuss the upcoming "Blood Letting Activity at GMALL, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City" community service initiative.

The meeting served as a platform to strengthen collaboration among partner organizations, align operational plans, and coordinate the roles and responsibilities of each participating club. Through open discussions and shared commitment, participants worked together to ensure the successful implementation of the activity while maximizing its impact on the community.

The Rotaract Club of Mandaue East remains committed to supporting meaningful partnerships that promote humanitarian service, volunteerism, and community engagement. Together, we continue to prove that service is most impactful when organizations unite with one shared purpose.

On July 18, 2026, the Rotaract Club of Mandaue East successfully conducted its 2nd Regular Session Meeting at One Montage, focusing on key organizational priorities: Club Health Check, Fellowshipping Meeting Schedule, Strategic Planning, and Induction Planning.

As part of the strategic planning workshop, all members and committee officers were divided into seven working groups, with each group tasked to develop two project proposals aligned with their respective areas of focus. The Executive Committee served as advisers throughout the proposal development process, while the Club President acted as the final evaluator to ensure each proposal aligned with the club's vision, goals, and standards.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to our ๐‘๐จ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐‚๐ฅ๐ฎ๐› ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ฎ๐ž ๐„๐š๐ฌ๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ - ๐“๐ข๐ญ๐š ๐‰๐ž๐ฐ๐ž๐ฅ ๐‹๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ง, whose invaluable guidance, mentorship, and words of wisdom on organizational leadership and project implementation inspired the team to move forward with greater purpose and direction. Her leadership played a significant role in making this planning session both productive and meaningful.

While the Constitution and By-Laws were being finalized, the Club's members and committee officers were simultaneously organized into seven working groups to formulate project proposals aligned with Rotary's Seven Areas of Focus, with the Executive Committee serving as advisers and the President acting as the final evaluator of all proposals.

At RACME, we believe that a well-written Constitution and By-Laws lays the foundation for a sustainable organization, while an active membership gives that foundation purpose. Governance and service must always move forward together.
