The cloudy skies with a few showers could not stop the ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐—”๐˜€๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต ๐—–๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ข๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜€ from coming down to ๐—•๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐——๐˜‚๐—บ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ด, ๐—ง๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—–๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†, with their hands full of relief packs for the families impacted by Bagyong Tino.

A day that started with some clouds over the sky ended with shining rays of warmth and kindness passing through a common heart. Volunteers were very much in sync, unloading goods, repacking donations, and taking help to the needy with kind and bright smiles. Even the rain, which came as a shower, could not deter their spirits as it made everyone aware that in heavy storms, the sun of humanity and service is the one that shines the most.

A very big thank you to ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ ๐—๐˜‚๐—ป ๐—๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜‡, whose exact movements and dedication were the main factors in the teamโ€™s safety during the road trip. We also would like to feature the sponsors and volunteers who have been incredibly generous in making this outreach feasible.

The weather may have stayed a bit dull all day long, but the mood of the people involved in the event was warm and very encouraging: It was an obvious sign that if we are united, even a small act of kindness is sufficient to bring light to โ€‹โ€โ€‹โ€Œโ€โ€‹โ€โ€Œothers.

During a slightly rainy afternoon, the ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐—”๐˜€๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต ๐—–๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ข๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜€ went to the ๐˜พ๐™š๐™—๐™ช ๐˜พ๐™–๐™ฅ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ค๐™ก ๐™’๐™–๐™ง๐™š๐™๐™ค๐™ช๐™จ๐™š to deliver the donations for the victims of the earthquake in the northern part of Cebu and the recent Typhoon Tino.

It wasn't just a delivery. Itโ€‹โ€โ€‹โ€Œโ€โ€‹โ€โ€Œ was a journey that showcased the virtues of faith, love, and cooperation. All the containers were packed to the brim, not only with the bare essentials but also with the hopes and the prayers of those who desired to bring solace to the people that were passing through difficult times. The downpour was relentless; however, the mood was still permeated with the volunteer's โ€‹โ€โ€‹โ€Œโ€โ€‹โ€โ€Œenthusiasm.

Weโ€‹โ€โ€‹โ€Œโ€โ€‹โ€โ€Œ are extremely grateful to ๐˜ฝ๐™ง๐™–๐™™ ๐™…๐™ช๐™ฃ ๐™…๐™ช๐™–๐™ง๐™š๐™ฏ, who, despite the difficult weather, made the trip and ensured the safe transport of goods. Also, we cannot thank enough our sponsors and volunteers who helped us, and thus kindness once again confirmed its indestructible nature.

Many of our fellow Filipinos are currently dealing with unthinkable difficulties as a result of yesterday's severe earthquakes: losing their houses, means of subsistence, and access to essentials. We are responding by starting a donation drive to provide support and hope to those most in need.
