with the recent eruption of Mount kanlaon, and the winds of the habagat hitting us all at the same time, Its no wonder ash fall have even reached the heart of our Province Cebu City.

As a precaution we advise everyone to stay safe and stay home, for this is a sure fire method of avoiding inhalation of the ash fall, but if travel is Unavoidable, we urge you to wear a mask.

A simple yet effective act like this will keep you safe from the possible diseases and illnesses brought on by these weather phenomenon

In light of the ashfall affecting parts of Cebu City following the moderately explosive eruption of Mt. Kanlaon, classes today, July 9, 2026, are hereby suspended to prioritize the safety and well-being of all students, faculty, and staff.

🎗️July is Sarcoma & Bone Cancer Awareness Month. 🎗️

Not every illness is easy to notice. Sarcoma and bone cancer are rare, and their symptoms can sometimes look like normal body pain or a simple injury. That’s why awareness is so important.

Let’s take this month as a reminder to learn the signs, encourage early check-ups when something doesn’t feel right, and show our support for everyone who is fighting this battle.

A simple post can spread awareness, and awareness can make a difference.

Together, let’s RISE by spreading awareness.
