To all aspiring applicants and Future Sugbo Scholars! ๐ŸŽ“

The Cebu City College Scholarship Program has updated its registration form and documentary requirements for the upcoming applications. Please review the list carefully to ensure your application is complete.

Here is a quick overview of the key documentary requirements (see image below):

โœ… Original Voter's Certification (Parents' showing participation in last 2 elections; OR applicant's own if above 21 with at least 1 vote).
โœ… Original Barangay Certification of Residency.
โœ… Copy of Proof of Residency (e.g., utility bill).
โœ… Copy of PSA Birth Certificate.
โœ… Copy of Senior High School Report Card (with DepEd voucher if from a private school).
โœ… Copy of Junior High School Report Card.
โœ… Copy of Form 137 / School Form 10 OR Original Certification from Senior High Registrar.
โœ… ALS Senior High School Report Card (for ALS graduates).
