On last March 13, 2026, the Carreta Wolves conducted a Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) activity, trained by the Emergency Response Team (ERT) Eagle Scout, Ciejay Pagobo from Mabolo Ninjas, and guided by the Carreta Eagle Scouts. The training aimed to equip the scouts with essential knowledge and practical skills in disaster preparedness and response. It focused on important areas such as DRRM awareness, safety measures, life-saving techniques like CPR, and basic first aid. The activity created an engaging environment where participants actively listened, observed demonstrations, and practiced the skills being taught.

Throughout the activity, the scouts showed enthusiasm, cooperation, and a strong willingness to learn. The hands-on demonstrations allowed them to better understand how to respond effectively during emergencies, boosting their confidence and readiness. The guidance of the Carreta Eagle Scouts ensured that every participant was supported and encouraged throughout the training. Overall, the activity was successful in strengthening the preparedness and responsibility of the Carreta Wolves, reminding everyone of the importance of being ready at all times to protect themselves and help others in times of disaster.

The much-anticipated Change of the Alpha Ceremony is set to take place on March 28, 2026 at exactly 1:00 PM at the grounds of Carreta Night High School. Excitement is building among the scouts, leaders, and the entire school community as this special event marks a new chapter of leadership and growth. The atmosphere is expected to be filled with energy, pride, and anticipation as the Carreta Wolves prepare to witness the transition of roles to the next set of Alpha leaders who are ready to take on greater responsibilities.

As the ceremony unfolds, the crowd will eagerly watch the formal turnover, oath-taking, and presentation of the new Alpha members. This moment is not only a recognition of their hard work and dedication but also a celebration of their readiness to lead with courage and commitment. The Carreta Wolves conducted the Board of Review for Explorer Rank last 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝟮𝟭❟ 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at Carreta Night High School. The purpose of this activity was to assess the readiness, skills, and overall development of the Explorer Scouts who had completed all the necessary requirements for advancement. A panel of scout leaders carefully evaluated each candidate through a formal interview process, where the scouts shared their experiences, demonstrated their understanding of the Scout Oath and Law, and reflected on their growth in leadership, discipline, and service. The activity was carried out in an organized and supportive environment that allowed each scout to confidently present themselves.

After the thorough evaluation, eight dedicated scouts successfully passed the Board of Review. Their success is a reflection of their hard work, determination, and commitment to scouting values. They showed confidence, maturity, and strong leadership skills throughout the process. Their achievement not only marks a significant milestone in their scouting journey but also serves as an inspiration to other scouts to strive for excellence. The success of the activity was made possible through the guidance of the scout leaders and the full support of Carreta Night High School.

Today, history spreads its wings as 𝐄𝐒. 𝐅𝐚𝐲𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐌. 𝐘𝐛𝐚ñ𝐞𝐳 proudly soars as one of the first Lady Eagle Scouts of the Cebu City Division. This achievement is more than a badge or a title. It is a symbol of courage, perseverance, and the unwavering spirit of a young woman who dared to rise.

Her journey reminds every young scout and every young woman that leadership knows no gender, and dreams know no limits. With dedication, service, and heart, she proves that women can lead, serve, and soar just as high.

“Empowered to Lead: Youth in Action for Change” is a dynamic youth forum that highlights the vital role of young leaders in shaping a better future. This event brings together passionate and service-driven students from CNHS BSP Wolves and the SSG to strengthen their commitment to leadership and community involvement. It aims to inspire participants to recognize their potential as catalysts of positive transformation within their school and beyond. Through collaboration and shared experiences, the forum promotes unity, responsibility, and proactive citizenship. It stands as a celebration of youth empowerment and collective action.

The CNHS BSP Wolves embody the spirit of discipline, preparedness, and service rooted in scouting principles. Alongside them, the SSG represents the voice of the student body, advocating for meaningful programs and student welfare. Together, these organizations demonstrate that leadership is not defined by position but by action and integrity.
