- To organize and train the vulnerable sectors of communties to deter crime and corruption.
- To create support groups and mobilize them to help in crime prevention and anti-corruption drives.
- To provide trained and equipped volunteers or marshals who can assist law enforcement agencies in crime reporting, crime watchand crime investigations.
- To muster trained and equipped volunteers during major events that can help in traffic management and other other public safety services.
- To muster trained and equipped volunteers during disaster response and mitigation.
