🥕🌱 Learning about nutrition… and discovering that vegetables can be delicious! 🥬🍆
Our children enjoyed a fun nutrition activity facilitated by our wonderful volunteers and sisters!
Through a little game, they had to discover and name different vegetables — and then came the best part: a nutritious dinner filled with vegetables! 🍽️🥦
And the result? Every single plate was empty! 😋👏
Maybe it helps that many of these children are now growing vegetables in their own gardens. 👩‍🌾 When you plant it, care for it, harvest it… you might just learn to love eating it too! ❤️
