Behind every thriving tree is a community growing together. 🤝

With the support of Wells Fargo, 38,500 seedlings were planted in 2025—each one rooted in the collective effort of our partner people’s organizations (POs): the Olo-olo Seaside Workers' Association (OSWA) and the Samahan ng Maliliit na Mangingisda sa Pangangalaga ng Kalikasan sa Barangay Lagadlarin (SMMPKBL). Together, they have strengthened how they plan, lead, and care for one another in the field.

Over the years, our partner POs have been empowered through various capacity development initiatives, such as assisting in the strategic updating of organizational documents, facilitating organized elections of officers, and providing CPR and first aid training. These efforts have helped build the confidence and systems communities need to sustain what they grow. We also extend our gratitude to the LGU of Lobo, Batangas (Lobo Public Information Office) for their continued support.

At RAFI One to Tree, we believe that strong partnerships lead to lasting outcomes—for people and for forests. 🌳
