ᴄʏꜰ | ᴊᴜʟʏ 19,2026

"ᴀɴᴄʜᴏʀᴇᴅ" - ꜱᴛᴀɴᴅɪɴɢ ꜰɪʀᴍ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴍɪᴅꜱᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ꜱᴛᴏʀᴍ.

Today's CYF reminded us that life's storms are unavoidable, but we never have to face them alone. Jesus is our Anchor steadfast, faithful, and unchanging. Even when the waves are high and fear tries to overwhelm us, we can rest in the assurance that He is in control.

The disciples were afraid because they focused on the storm. Jesus reminded them to have faith. The same is true for us today. Instead of focusing on our problems, let us fix our eyes on Christ, who has power over every storm.

As we enter a new week, may we walk in faith and not in fear. May our hearts be surrendered to God's will, our minds be filled with His truth, and our lives remain firmly anchored in Him.

Just as Jesus calmed the raging sea in Mark 4:35–41, He is able to bring peace to every storm we face.
