In accordance with Provincial Ordinance No. 007-2012, the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) conducted a routine inspection of local stores in Noveleta. The initiative served to reinforce the ongoing directive that "Bawal ang Plastic sa Noveleta" and ensure local businesses actively comply with environmental regulations.

Alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000), Section 48, ang ganitong gawain ay ipinagbabawal at may kaukulang multa, o community service ng 1–15 araw, o pareho, depende sa kaso.

Magtapon sa tamang lugar. Panatilihing malinis ang ating barangay! 🌱
