Youth for Environment in Schools Organization - CavSci The Official Environmental Organization of Cavite Science Integrated School

Youth for Environment in Schools Organization of Cavite Science Integrated School has the following objectives:
1. Be aware and create awareness in others of the state of the Philippines environment and ecology, including prevailing issues and concerns relative thereto;
2. Establish specific and feasible programs, projects, and activities to address issues and concerns on the environment and ecology;
3. Network with other government and non-government organizations, including Youth for Environment in Schools Organization in other schools within the division and region, with regard to support and assistance to programs, projects, and activities of the organization;
4. Encourage community participation and initiative in environmental and ecological movements and actions; and
5. Develop among members and the community proper environmental values, skills, and attitudes.

On September 25, 2026, after classes, all Sayanistas participated in a deep clean around their respective classrooms and buildings in celebration of World Cleanup Day. World Cleanup Day is a global initiative that encourages people to help keep their surroundings clean and protect the environment. Through this activity, we helped maintain a cleaner and more organized school.

On September 18, our YES-O officers stepped up to create a temporary fix for the damaged section of the metal collection container, ensuring that our campus recycling efforts remain effective and intact. โ™ป

A hole in the metal container had previously created a problem for the collection, causing collected plastic bottles to spill out and clutter the area. Seeing the issue firsthand, our dedicated YES-O officers took immediate action, working together to patch the hole and secure the setup. ๐Ÿ—‘๐Ÿช›

On July 16, the spirit of community and care took root in front of the G11 building as our Grade 11 student volunteers came together for CavSci Roots. Stepping up with enthusiasm, these student leaders joined hands for a planting effort dedicated to cultivating a brighter, healthier school environment.

Working side by side, the volunteers carefully prepped the soil, planted fresh greenery, and breathed new life into the grounds right outside their classrooms. Through their collective effort, they created a greener part of our campus!๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒฟ

Our Grade 12 volunteers took to the grounds! Bringing along their paintbrushes and enthusiasm, our senior members helped touch up and revitalize the areas in front of the G12 building and G11 pavilion.
