MABIKAS LEADERSHIP SHINES:
PNPA CLASS OF 2010 STEERS TWO MOBILE FORCE COMPANIES TO BACK-TO-BACK NATIONAL HONORS

Two Northern Luzon mobile force units—the 2nd Cagayan Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) and the Santiago City Mobile Force Company (CMFC)—earned back-to-back national recognition during the National Police Day 2026 awarding ceremony on January 29, 2026, at Camp Crame. The awards were conferred by Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, representing President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

The 2nd Cagayan PMFC was named Best Provincial Mobile Force Company Nationwide, while the Santiago City CMFC secured its second straight title as Best City Mobile Force Company Nationwide, marking a rare dual achievement under the leadership of officers from the same academy class.

The awards were received by PMAJ JEFFERSON D. MUKAY and PMAJ JAYSON M. BALDOS, both members of the PNPA Mabikas Class of 2010—a testament to the class’s enduring legacy of operational excellence, disciplined leadership, and people-centered policing. Their shared success underscores how academy-bred leadership continues to translate into measurable results on the ground.

The recognition reinforces the Philippine National Police’s commitment to professional, reliable, and responsive service under the banner of “Serbisyong Nararamdaman, Kapulisang Maaasahan.”

OUTREACH PROGRAM FOR TYPHOON TINO VICTIMS

📍 Talisay City, Cebu
📅 November 22, 2025

In the spirit of service and compassion, the PNPA Mabikas Class of 2010 successfully conducted an Outreach Program for the victims of Typhoon Tino in Talisay City, Cebu, bringing hope and relief to families severely affected by the calamity.

Approximately 200 households benefited from the activity, which included the distribution of relief goods such as food packs, drinking water, and basic necessities. The activity was held at the designated evacuation center where displaced families temporarily sought shelter while recovering from the aftermath of the typhoon.

Despite the challenges brought by the disaster, the smiles and gratitude of the beneficiaries reflected the true essence of bayanihan and solidarity. The members of PNPA MABIKAS personally assisted in the packing and distribution of relief items, ensuring that each family received support with dignity and care.

This outreach embodies the class mantra of “Makabagong Binhi ng Kasaysayan,” reinforcing their unwavering commitment to serve not only as law enforcers but also as partners of the community in times of crisis.

PNPA Mabikas Class of 2010 extends its heartfelt thanks to all donors, volunteers, and partners who made this activity possible. Together, we continue to stand strong with our fellow Filipinos — service that is mabilis, tapat, at ramdam.
