Performance Starts with Purpose.

Ang Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) ay ang sistema ng pamamahala na ginagamit sa LGU upang matiyak na ang trabaho ng bawat empleyado ay nakaayon sa mga layunin ng kanilang tanggapan at ng buong organisasyon.

Para sa akin, ang SPMS ay hindi lang tungkol sa ratings at forms. Ito ay gabay upang ma-align ang bawat empleyado, bawat opisina, at bawat gawain sa iisang layunin na patuloy na pagpapalakas at pag-unlad ng Cauayan City.

Ang tunay na pagbabago sa serbisyo publiko ay nagsisimula sa pagbabago ng ating mga sistema, proseso, at kultura sa loob ng organisasyon. Kapag lumalago ang bawat empleyado, lumalakas ang organisasyon. At kapag lumalakas ang organisasyon, mas napapabuti natin ang buhay ng bawat Cauayeño.

WHEN HIGH PERFORMERS BECOME PROBLEM EMPLOYEES

Every organization values high performers. They meet targets, deliver results, and often outperform their peers. Because of their contributions, managers sometimes overlook behaviors that would not be tolerated from other employees.

Sa pag-file ng COC, maglakip po ng kopya ng PSA Birth Certificate o Birth Certificate mula sa Local Civil Registry. Why? Kasi ito ang magpapatunay ng iyong taon (lalo na sa SK candidates) at citizenship.
Mas maayos at mas mabilis ang filing sa Sept. 28 - Oct 5, 2026 kapag kumpleto ang mga kinakailangang dokumento.
