This Linggo ng Kabataan, we’re doing something a little different — because before the games and the fun, let’s talk heart stuff first! 💛
Let’s be real: being young today isn’t easy. Social media pressure, comparison, loneliness, relationships that confuse more than they comfort, and that constant “am I doing enough” feeling — our generation carries a lot that past generations never had to deal with. It’s so easy to lose sight of your worth when the world keeps telling you who to be. 🌍💭
That’s exactly why this talk matters. We want to create a space where you can pause, breathe, and be reminded that your worth isn’t determined by likes, comparisons, or other people’s opinions — but by knowing who you are and Whose you are. Guarding your heart isn’t about shutting people out; it’s about protecting your peace, your values, and your future in a world that moves too fast and talks too loud. 🙏✨
