Requirements for Incoming Grade 7 Students:

• Form138 (Report Card)
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Certificate of Honors (Top 1 and Top 2)
• 2 pcs. 2x2 I.D. picture

Requirements for Transferees:

• Form138 (Report Card)
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character/Transfer
• ESC Certificate (students from a private school with ESC grant)

Requirements for Old Students:

• Form 138 (Report Card)

Note that there will be a reduction of 9,000 pesos from the tuition fee for incoming Grade 7 learners from the ESC Government Subsidy.
