113 Interactors. One Mission. Service Above Self.

The Interact Club of Philippine Yuh Chiau School (PYCS) successfully held its Induction, Oath-Taking and Pinning Ceremony on July 23, 2026 at the PYCS Mess Hall.

A total of 113 Interactors—57 continuing members and 56 new members—officially began another year of leadership and service.

The Charging, Oath-Taking and Pinning Ceremony was led by RC Cauayan President Nelson Tan, who encouraged the students to excel in their studies while continuing to serve their community. The ceremony also featured the heartfelt farewell message of Immediate Past President Victoria Ysabelle Y. Villaroman and the inspiring acceptance speech of Incoming President Luccio Winfrey Matthew I. Pua, who pledged to lead the club with dedication and purpose.

Congratulations to all our Interactors! May you continue to lead with integrity, inspire others through service, and create a lasting impact in your school and community.

President’s Cup 2026: 1st Rotary Club of Cauayan Pickleball Tournament 🏅

What an unforgettable evening of fellowship, fun, and friendly competition at the President’s Cup – 1st Rotary Club of Cauayan Pickleball Tournament, hosted by our birthday celebrators President Nelson Tan and PE Greg Santiago at the beautiful Galaxy Pickleball Courts, generously opened by Pres. Nelson and his family.

With more than 50 Rotarians, spouses and families in attendance, the night was filled with excitement as 32 Rotarians and spouses participated in the tournament. To make the games even more enjoyable, novice and pro players were paired through a draw lots, creating balanced teams and unforgettable matches.

The fellowship didn’t stop on the courts. Those who weren’t playing had just as much fun catching up with fellow Rotarians, sharing stories, singing, laughing, and cheering for every match. It truly showcased the spirit of Rotary—building friendships, strengthening bonds, and creating lasting memories.

A heartfelt thank you to President Nelson Tan and Family for your warm hospitality and for making this memorable event possible.

BOOKS OF HOPE – STORY BOOKS FOR CHILDREN PROJECT
Rotary Club of Cauayan
July 15, 2026

The Rotary Club of Cauayan successfully conducted another leg of its Books of Hope – Story Books for Children Project, distributing four (4) Mini Libraries to the following beneficiary schools:

* Sandiat Elementary School, Sandiat, San Manuel
* San Manuel Central School, District 2, San Manuel
* Bagong Tanza Elementary School, Bagong Tanza, Aurora
* Aurora Central School, Aurora

Each school received a Mini Library containing 100 carefully selected storybooks to promote reading, literacy, and a love for learning among elementary pupils. More than 2,600 students from the four schools are expected to benefit from this initiative.

The distribution was warmly welcomed by the school administrators, teachers, and students, whose gratitude and excitement reflected the meaningful impact of the project. A highlight of the activity was the participation of Mayor Niño Uy, a fellow Rotarian, who joined the story-reading sessions at the Aurora schools, making the event even more memorable and inspiring for the children.

With today’s successful distribution, the Rotary Club of Cauayan has now completed 9 of its 18 target Mini Libraries under the Books of Hope Project—bringing the club one step closer to its commitment of creating lasting impact through education and literacy in the community.

As we continue to strengthen fellowship and support to our Rotary family, the Rotary Club of Cauayan led by President Nelson renewed our sisterhood agreement with the Rotary Club of Mutya ng Sta Maria during its 24th Handover and Induction Ceremonies at Grace Harbour Pavilion, Sta Maria, Bulacan on July 6, 2026.

Rotary Club of Cauayan | 78th Araw ng Aurora

In celebration of the 78th Araw ng Aurora on July 3, 2026, the Rotary Club of Cauayan distributed 1,500 boxes (30tablets) Poten-Cee Vitamins to the Aurora community following the Thanksgiving Mass.

The celebration was attended by the Municipality of Aurora's local officials, employees, and constituents, led by Mayor Niño Uy, a fellow Rotarian.

This meaningful outreach is a joint project of Rotary Club of Cauayan and Pascual Laboratories, Inc., aimed at promoting health and wellness within our communities.

Together, we continue to make a difference through service above self.

BOOKS OF HOPE – Story Books for Children Project (Second Leg)
The journey of sharing hope through books continues!

On July 3, 2026, the Rotary Club of Cauayan, under the leadership of President Nelson Tan, successfully conducted the second leg of the "BOOKS OF HOPE – Story Books for Children Project."

Two more schools became recipients of our mini libraries: Cabatuan West Central School and Cabatuan East Central School.

As part of the turnover program, Rotarians took time to read storybooks to the students, bringing the stories to life and sharing the joy of reading with the young learners. It was a meaningful experience that highlighted the importance of literacy and imagination.

With every mini library we establish, we take another step toward nurturing young minds, encouraging a love for reading, and opening doors to brighter opportunities for these children.

Together, we continue to CREATE LASTING IMPACT—one book, one story, and one child at a time.

Supporting Those Who Shape Our Future

The Rotary Club of Cauayan, in partnership with Pascual Laboratories, successfully distributed Poten-Cee Vitamins to the dedicated teachers and school staff of
Cauayan South Central School,
Cauayan North Central School and
San Fermin Elementary School on July 1, 2026;
Cabatuan East Central School and
Cabatuan West Central School on July 3, 2026.

This joint initiative recognizes the invaluable role of our educators and school personnel in shaping the minds and futures of our children. By helping support their health and well-being, we hope they can continue to serve with energy, strength, and dedication every day.

The Rotary Club of Cauayan officially opened Rotary Year 2026–2027 with its First Regular Meeting held over lunch on July 1, 2026, at the Rotary Club of Cauayan Clubhouse.

Following the successful first leg of the "Books of Hope" kick-off project, members gathered to mark the beginning of a new Rotary year filled with renewed purpose and commitment to service.

During the meeting, President Nelson Tan shared his vision and outlined what members can look forward to in the year ahead, highlighting the club's upcoming projects.

With a strong start through service and fellowship, the Rotary Club of Cauayan looks forward to another meaningful year of making a positive impact in the community.
