🧠 This 2025 and , we honor the inner strength of Indigenous youth, those who carry the weight of defending their lands, their cultures, and their spirits.

For Indigenous youth, mental health is more than an internal struggle, it is deeply interconnected to their ancestral land, identity, and community.

At the I-YES Camp 2025, the Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop facilitated by Elijah Canlas and Sabrina Basilio of the KULIT Foundation opened a space for rest and deep reflection. Through meditation, active listening, journaling, and art, youth expressed their hopes, and the courage it takes to continue defending their ancestral domains.

🧡 Mental health is community health. Healing ourselves is healing the Earth.

The IYES Camp 2025 was organized by NTFP-EP Philippines and supported by the Green Livelihoods Alliance and Forest Foundation Philippines.
