Our hearts are full because of the beautiful success of Uniquely Valued Year 3! What a precious gift it was to witness our talented children with special needs step onto the stageโ€”shining bright, brimming with confidence, and sharing their gifts with the world. Every performance in the Talent Show was more than just a display of skill; it was a powerful reminder of courage, joy, and the incredible beauty of every unique ability.

None of this would have been possible without our most cherished partnerโ€”Samar Center of Developmental Pediatrics headed by Sir Ralph Tizon. Your expertise, gentle guidance, deep compassion, and unwavering dedication to these children turned this vision into reality. To Samar State University Psychology Society led by our Baby Jaycee John Trix at the same time the Project Chair of this activity, thank you for walking hand-in-hand with us, for believing in their potential, and for helping us create a space where every child feels truly seen, accepted, and uniquely valued.

JCI Catbalogan Balud officially announces the withdrawal of the candidacy of our 2022 Local Organization President, ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ. ๐ƒ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ฎ๐ž ๐„๐ฌ๐œ๐จ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐‘๐š๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ, ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ• ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐•๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐„๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง ๐•๐ข๐ฌ๐š๐ฒ๐š๐ฌ.

A wave kissed the shore for the last time before returning to the sea. ๐ŸŒŠ

With profound sadness and heavy hearts, JCI Catbalogan Balud mourns the passing of our beloved member, Rochelle Dela Peรฑa.

Heaven welcomed an angel home. Rochelle lived a life defined by compassion, kindness, and selfless service. As a dedicated nurse, she faithfully answered the noble calling of caring for others, extending her healing hands and generous heart beyond the hospital walls and into the community she so dearly served. Her life was a beautiful testament to love in action, and her legacy will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Though her earthly journey has come to an end, the light she shared, the lives she touched, and the memories she created will forever remain in our hearts. While we grieve this tremendous loss, we also celebrate a life lived with purpose, humility, and unwavering dedication to serving others.

To Rochelle's family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences. Please know that your JCI Catbalogan Balud family grieves with you, stands beside you, and keeps you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
