This Compliance Tracker serves as an official monitoring tool to provide a clear and transparent overview of the submission status of all Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) offices. It aims to keep stakeholders informed while recognizing SKs that have complied with the required submissions, particularly in the SK Web Portal.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE: MARCH 25, 2026
All SK officials are hereby reminded that the deadline for SK Web Portal uploading is strictly on March 25, 2026. Compliance within the prescribed period is highly encouraged to allow the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) sufficient time to review submissions and complete its corresponding requirements.

🟢 Green – Compliant
Indicates SK offices that have successfully completed and submitted the required documents.

🔴 Red – Non-compliant
Indicates SK offices that have not yet completed or submitted the required documents. Immediate compliance is strongly encouraged.

📌 Key Requirements:
• ABYIP (Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program) – Defines the annual plans and budget allocation for youth programs and activities.
• CBYDP (Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan) – Serves as the strategic framework for youth development initiatives.
• KK Profiling (Katipunan ng Kabataan Profiling) – Provides an organized database of youth information for planning and policy formulation.
• FDP Board (Full Disclosure Policy Board) – Ensures transparency through the public posting of financial and operational information.
• SK Web Portal – The official online platform for uploading and managing SK data and reports (with separate accounts per barangay).

All SK officials are enjoined to strictly comply and complete all required submissions on or before the stated deadline. Timely compliance is essential in upholding transparency, accountability, and effective youth governance.

MARCH 12, 2026

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pupua successfully conducted the KK Profiling for the year 2026. The activity was carried out in accordance with Republic Act No. 10742, also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, which requires SK officials to conduct KK Profiling for youth aged 15–30 years old.

For those who are not registered yet the online registration is still open

ONLINE REGISTRATION

2. Fill out all the required information.
3. Click the Submit button to complete the registration.
4. Online registration will start on March 4, 2026.

All information collected will remain confidential, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗞 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
Alinsunod sa RA 10742 o ang Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, ang bawat Sangguniang Kabataan ng kada barangay ay magsasagawa ng Youth Profiling para sa mga kabataan ng barangay na nasa edad 15 hangang 30 taong gulang.

Narito ang paraan kung paano makakapag sagot.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

2. Sagutan ang lahat ng mga kinakailangang impormasyon.
3. Pindutin ang submit button upang matapos ang registration.
4. Ang online registration ay magsisimula ngayong March 4, 2026.

HOUSE TO HOUSE REGISTRATION
1. Sa mga hindi makakapag-register online, sa darating na March 4, 2026 ay sisimulan ang House to House Registration.
2. Ang magbibigay lamang ng form ay ang mga awtorisadong SK Officials lamang.
3. Sa mga hindi maka access sa online registration, may roong form ibibigay ang SK Council.

Lahat ng impormasyong makakalap ay mananatiling confidential, alinsunod sa Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Sangguniang Kabataan Monthly Meeting | February 27, 2026
📍 Youth Center, CPYDO Office, Cabatlogan

Out of 57 SK Chairpersons, 25 were present, 1 was excused, and 32 were absent. Although the required quorum was not met, those in attendance actively participated in discussions and demonstrated their continued commitment to promoting youth welfare and community development in Cabatlogan.
